On this website you can find out more about Cheshire East Citizens Advice Bureau North: how we can help you with advice, volunteering opportunities, our campaigns for change, ways to support us and how to contact us.

Our main bureau is Macclesfield CAB in Sunderland House, the mill opposite the Waters Green Medical Centre, and currently has 13 paid members of staff and 60 volunteers. We have 7 interview rooms and ample access facilities for differently abled clients here, but we also offer advice at various outreach locations within the northern half of Cheshire East, plus telephone and e-mail advice.

Cheshire East Citizens Advice Bureau North is the new name for the old Macclesfield Wilmslow and District Citizens Advice Bureau, offering service in the Knutsford, Macclesfield, Poynton and Wilmslow areas. It is a charity staffed by paid workers and trained volunteers. As well as giving advice and assistance, we campaign for changes in policies and services where improvements are needed.
